HWS Channel Gates can be customized with various types of spigots to accommodate different installation methods:
Grout-in Spigots: Ideal for concrete pipes and headwalls.
Weld-on Spigots: Suitable for steel pipes or tanks.
Flanged Spigots: Compatible with flanged pipes.
Compression Rings: Designed to fit poly, steel, or concrete pipe ends.


This flexibility ensures that HWS Channel Gates can be seamlessly integrated
into a variety of infrastructure projects, delivering dependable performance
across multiple applications.

Duty Ratings: Available in 2, 4, 6, and 10 meter/head capacities

Gates sizes available – 450mm, 500mm, 600mm, 750mm, 900mm, 1050mm, 1200mm, 1350mm, 1500mm, 1600mm and 1800mm.

Operation Options: Equipped with either a manual reduction gearbox or hydraulic system.

Robust Roller Locks: Oversized sintered bushed roller locks for increased security.

Stainless Steel Components: Stainless steel axles and rollers are now standard on all our
gates.
